How to send a link to a TCL Google TV or Android TV
TCL documents BrowseHere for many of its Google TV and Android TV models. Open or install that browser, visit kkll.li, then scan the QR code and send your link. A TCL Roku TV has a different operating system and cannot use these browser instructions.

What you need
- A TCL Google TV or Android TV with BrowseHere or another suitable TV browser available in its app store.
- Internet access on the TV and on your phone. They do not need to be on the same network.
- A phone that can scan QR codes with its camera.
Steps
- Open or install BrowseHere. Press Home and look for BrowseHere in Apps. If it is missing, open Google Play Store, search BrowseHere and install it if listed for the TV. Launch it and use its address/search bar to enter a website.
- Go to the TV address. Type kkll.li in the address bar and wait for the QR code. Bookmark the page to skip typing next time.
- Scan and send. Scan the QR code with your phone camera, paste your link and tap Send.
- Open on the TV. Select Open on the TV.
Technical compatibility: Google TV, Android TV or Roku?
TCL’s support instructions cover BrowseHere on Google TV and Android TV, with availability depending on the model and region. They explicitly exclude TCL Roku and Fire TV models from those BrowseHere instructions. On a Fire TV model, check Silk; on a Roku model, use an external browser-capable receiver.
The app listing does not establish its browser-engine version or verify sendlinktotv.com. Check HTTPS pages, the live QR connection and new-tab opening on the installed version. The TV must be able to run the receiver as a webpage, not merely search for playable videos.
BrowseHere controls and playback
TCL describes directional-pad navigation, OK/Select for links and text fields, and Back for previous pages. Use the browser’s bookmark feature to save the receiver. Browser features such as voice search and ad blocking depend on the installed version.
A browser’s built-in video player is separate from this app’s URL handoff. If a website requires a native streaming app, sending its address to BrowseHere does not change that requirement.
Technical requirements for this app
The TV browser must load HTTPS pages, run JavaScript, render a QR code using canvas and maintain a secure WebSocket connection. The receiver build targets Chromium 85 or newer. This is an engineering target, not a verified TV support list; older or different browser engines need individual assessment.
Keep the receiver page open while scanning and sending. Each QR session accepts one link and expires after 10 minutes. Select Open with the TV remote to open the destination in a new tab; the browser must allow that user-initiated action. To send again, return to the receiver, select Send another and scan the new QR code.
The TV loads the destination using its own network, cookies and sign-in state. Link delivery does not establish video support: the website, codecs and DRM must also work in that browser. A streaming service working in a native TV app does not prove that its website will play.

Real-device testing
The devices marked "Not yet tested" have no completed real-device test. Browser documentation and engine versions do not confirm a successful link handoff or video playback.
- TCL TV (Google / Android TV) Not yet tested TCL documents BrowseHere for Google TV and Android TV. This does not establish support on TCL Roku TVs or verify the browser with this app.
Troubleshooting
- BrowseHere does not appear in the TV store
- Confirm the TV runs Google TV or Android TV and check the model’s regional support page. If BrowseHere is unavailable, another TV browser may be offered; its compatibility still needs checking. Do not follow Google Play instructions on a TCL Roku TV.
- No QR code appears on the TV
- Check that the TV is online and that you typed kkll.li exactly. Older TV browsers may not support the features sendlinktotv.com needs; if the page keeps showing “Connecting…”, try another device with a newer browser.
- The page opens but the video does not play
- Playback depends on the website and the TV browser. Some services, including Netflix, do not support TV web browsers. Try the same link in the TV browser directly to confirm.
- The site is blocked or asks me to sign in on the TV
- The TV opens the link with its own internet connection and its own logins. Your phone’s VPN, accounts and cookies are not transferred, and sendlinktotv.com cannot bypass network or regional blocks.
On your TV’s web browser, go to kkll.li and scan the QR code with your phone.
kkll.li is our official short address for TV remotes. It opens sendlinktotv.com/tv.
Use this screen as the TVOnly choose this on the TV or screen that should open the link.
